The Regional Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention will empower and assist citizens in their efforts to improve our community; enhance and support substance abuse prevention programs; and gather, interpret and share information between members and community about alcohol and other drugs.

We are a group of concerned citizens, parents, students, teachers, law enforcement officers, business representatives, judges, other professionals and concerned individuals who are striving to keep our community free of abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
